The Legal Notice published on this website identifies the owner as established in Art. 10 of the Law of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce and contains information on the policy of protection of personal data.

The products offered on this site are intended for consumption, so the contract of sale is made at the time the customer issues the express confirmation of his order. For this reason, RADARCAN, S.L., recommends that you read the entire legal notice and these general terms and conditions before accepting your order.

This contract is concluded within the legal framework established for Electronic Commerce by Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, taking into account Law 7/1996 of January 15, 1996 on the regulation of retail trade, Law 7/1998 of April 13th, 1998 on general contracting conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, 2007, approving the revised text of the General Law for the defense of consumers and users and Law 3/2014 of March 27, 2014. The contracting conditions are as follows:

Characteristics of the products. The characteristics of the products offered on this site appear on the screen along with their visual identification.

Prices. The prices in force on the Web page at the moment of the formalization of the order will be applied. The price of the products is detailed next to each one of them. VAT is included.

Languages in which orders can be placed. English. English. German. Italian.

The steps to follow to place orders. You must select the items you are interested in by informing the number of units and clicking on the "add to cart" button to add them to the shopping cart. At any time you can view the contents of the shopping cart, where you can see the selected items, their price, taxes and shipping costs. From this same window, before sending the order you can correct, change or cancel the selected products. When you have finished selecting products click on the "checkout" option. If you are registered as a user you will have to inform your credentials, otherwise you will have to provide your e-mail address and create an account with your personal data. Once the user data has been validated, the delivery address will be confirmed and the shipping method will be chosen.

Subsequently, it will be necessary to accept the Conditions of Purchase by checking an acceptance box. As last step you will have to choose the payment method and you will be redirected to the payment gateway. Once the process is completed, you will receive a confirmation of the purchase.

Order tracking. Once the order has been placed, it will be archived so that it can be accessed via the Internet until it has been delivered.

Confirmation of Order Receipt. Each time the company receives an order, an e-mail confirmation of receipt is sent within 24 hours of receipt of the order, except in the case of receipt on holidays or weekends, which confirmation will be sent the next business day after receipt.

Methods of payment. RADARCAN, S.L. has several ways to accept payment for orders. Each with very high security standards to ensure payment with confidence.

Payment of the price of the products shall be made by one of the methods indicated below:

• Payment by credit card. Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express. The customer can choose to pay by credit card, so that the transaction will be confirmed at the time the order is placed.
• Payment with Paypal. The user is aware that the payment by this means implies the acceptance of Paypal's privacy conditions, unrelated to those of this website.
• Payment with Apple Pay. The user is aware that the payment by this means implies the acceptance of Apple's privacy conditions, unrelated to those of this website.
• Payment with Amazon Pay. The user is aware that the payment by this means implies the acceptance of Amazon's privacy conditions, unrelated to those of this website.
• Payment with Google Pay. The user is aware that the payment by this means implies the acceptance of Google's privacy conditions, unrelated to those of this website.
• Payment with Shop Pay. The user is aware that the payment by this means implies the acceptance of Shopify's privacy conditions, unrelated to those of this website.

Right of withdrawal. In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the customer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days without giving any reason, unless otherwise provided by law.

The withdrawal period shall end after 14 calendar days from the day of conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify its decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory. Both the e-mail address and the postal address to which you can send your request appear at the end of these conditions of purchase.

The date of issue of the declaration of cancellation will be taken into account in determining whether or not the cancellation period has been observed. RADARCAN, S.L. will promptly communicate to the customer on a durable medium the acknowledgement of receipt of the cancellation, in the event that the exercise of this right is received by e-mail.

RADARCAN, S.L. will reimburse any payment received from the customer, including, where applicable, delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which it has been informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract. RADARCAN, S.L. will reimburse using the same method of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer expresses otherwise and provided that the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. However, in the event that the customer has expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method, RADARCAN, S.L. will not be obliged to reimburse any additional costs incurred.

The customer must return the products making up the order being returned to RADARCAN, S.L. in perfect condition, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the customer communicates his decision to withdraw from the contract to RADARCAN, S.L.. This period shall be deemed to have been met if the customer returns the goods before the end of the 14 calendar day period. The customer will only bear the direct costs of returning the order. The customer shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.

Withdrawal form. RADARCAN, S.L. provides this form to customers who have purchased a product on this website and wish to withdraw from the contract of sale. However, in order to facilitate the right of withdrawal, all fields of this form must be completed by the customer:

Applicable warranties. All products offered through the website are completely original. The guarantees will respond to what is regulated in the Title referred to "Guarantees and after-sales services" of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Shipping methods, delivery time and transportation

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products offered on the Web. Shipping costs will appear for express acceptance by the user before completing the purchase process and once the user has provided the shipping address of the order. You will be able to see the expenses consigned in the invoice. In case of return of the goods, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

RADARCAN, S.L. will charge shipping costs for each delivery when "Expedited" shipping methos is selected.

The shipment of the order will remain pending until all products are available. If the customer wishes to receive partial orders, he/she should contact RADARCAN, S.L. for instructions on how to proceed. To avoid delays in the delivery of available products, RADARCAN, S.L. recommends not to mix stock products with products available in the catalog and to place orders separately.

Delivery time and transport: RADARCAN, S.L. uses the transport agency for its shipments. The average delivery time is between 72 and 96 hours depending on the delivery address for products in stock, for the rest of the products it will be 7 working days, from the moment your order is placed, as long as it has been placed from Monday to Friday before 3 pm. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be prepared from Monday or the first working day. The current shipping zones are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (We do not ship to the Canary Islands), United States (We do not ship to Hawaii, Indiana and New Mexico).

Pricing policy. RADARCAN, S.L. reserves the right to unilaterally modify the price of the products offered through this website, the prices in force in the advertisement at the time the order is placed will be applied, in order to guarantee the customer the accuracy of the price of the products.

Online dispute resolution. In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for online dispute resolution between the consumer and RADARCAN, S.L., without recourse to the courts of law, through the intervention of a third party, called a Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between the two. This body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties to reach an agreement, and may finally suggest and/or impose a solution to the conflict. Applicable law and jurisdiction. These conditions shall be governed by or construed in accordance with Spanish law in that which is not expressly established. The parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of the consumer any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by these Conditions. In the event that the consumer is domiciled outside Spain, the Parties expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals closest to the town of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona - Spain).
